As part of our ongoing efforts to connect and engage with our audience on a deeper level, we seek a dynamic and motivated Junior Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in representing our company's interests, and also enhancing our brand image on prominent Chinese social media platforms such as Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat.

Job Deion:

As our Junior Social Media Coordinator, you will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategies on local social media sources, Little Red Book and WeChat. Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and interacting with our audience to build a strong, positive online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement social media strategies in alignment with our marketing goals.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)

- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way to cultivate exposure and leads.

- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.

- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Requirements:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English.

- Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically with Instagram, Little Red Book, and WeChat.

- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

- Experience in setting up and optimizing WeChat and Little Red Book pages.

- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Location Requirements:

- Must be able to work from our showroom located in Gastown, Vancouver.
