Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for client acquisition in the construction industry? We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and spearhead our efforts in finding new clients through various channels including platform construction connect/LinkedIn, direct calls and emails, ad management, and social media page management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize platform construction connect/linkedin to identify and connect with potential clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct outbound calls and personalized email outreach to prospects, showcasing our company's value proposition and services.
• Develop and implement targeted advertising campaigns across relevant platforms to reach decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Manage and optimize social media pages (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to showcase our projects, expertise, and engage with followers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of client acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Your duties will include:

- Developing and executing social media marketing plans and campaigns
- Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms

- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience in running paid social media campaigns

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
