Description
The successful candidate will have:
Professional experience working as an administrative assistant.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist senior clerks as required.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
- Greet clients and completes intake process.
- Maintains email, fax, courier and mail.
**Bonuses and promotion granted based on performance.
