About this team:
The Product Team Operations team is responsible for overseeing the annual people operations processes and strategic projects to drive and build equitable employee experiences, resourcing and location strategies.
A day in the life:
The Manager, Product Team Operations, is responsible for leading a team and managing the product operating calendar, resource planning and analysis, and driving key strategic projects for the Global Product teams, including all North American and international offices. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the Product Team Operations team and guides their team to develop their skills and deliver on business priorities.
- Oversee the organization, planning and execution of workforce planning activities including org sizing analysis and resourcing recommendations
- Oversee the organization, planning and execution of annual org planning with leadership and key business partners to align on one-year org design shifts and strategy
- Facilitate leadership signoff on annual org plan recommendation
- Define the OKR annual roadmap for product leadership focused on objective and KPI calibration, and cascading of leadership OKRs to the greater product team
- Facilitate annual OKR calibration workshop with product leadership
- Create product location strategy informed by product leadership, workforce plans and strategic goals
- Oversee strategic projects pertaining to product organizational design and transformation initiatives through the development of governance structure, connecting program and project plans, and reporting
- Partner with facilities to build workplace optimization roadmaps inclusive of new locations and upgrades
- Finalize shifts and approve key changes to product operating calendar
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience, combination of people management and industry experience, leading employee programs or operations
- Experience working and managing programs for a global organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to enrol, lead and influence Senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills to support strategic and data driven workforce planning
- Strong background in organizational planning tools and calendar management
- Knowledge of Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail and professional communications
- Ability to assess risk, align with business partners, leaders, and possess strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead teams and create strong working relationships across a global team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
