This individual will support various business units, coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. They are part of Lark Group’s Marketing shared services team that supports the entire Lark Group of Companies, including Lark Group – Development & Construction, HealthTech Connex (and its subsidiaries), the Health and Technology District, and other businesses and divisions.

Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is a critical player in our marketing efforts, including digital media strategies for the Lark Group of Companies to drive brand awareness and client engagement. The focus will be on HealthTech Connex and its subsidiaries, the Health and Technology District, and Lark Group Development & Construction.

• Develop an integrated marketing strategy aligned with performance goals for the business units in focus
• Manage and execute marketing activities in the plan, including the social media program (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook and/or LinkedIn ads, etc.), multi-media (YouTube), email marketing, websites and other online platforms
• Monitor marketing activities and report on key performance metrics to align with business goals
• Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and optimization for our websites to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a robust, consistent and coherent brand voice
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing trends and design technology available
• Propose and implement ideas for improvement in our marketing strategy to improve overall company performance
• Participate in company events for social media exposure

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing with proficient knowledge in social media, content marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and optimization (SEM & SEO)
• A creative strategist with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion and to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
• A passion for visual design with solid knowledge of graphic design tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign would be an asset (but not required)
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
• Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications (WORD, Excell, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills
• Additional qualification in website design or video animation is a plus
• A self-starter, ideas person and team player who can get things done!
