At Setsail, our creative, development, and marketing teams work seamlessly together, creating holistic campaigns that elevate brand experiences and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and oversee performance marketing strategies across platforms, focusing on paid media channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, while continuously testing creative elements for optimal results.
  • Integrated Marketing & CRM Automation: Integrate marketing campaigns with HighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms to enhance lead nurturing, tracking, and conversion.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign data, CRM insights, and performance metrics to make informed adjustments, optimizing for CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborative Campaign Execution: Work hand-in-hand with our creative and development departments to produce engaging ad creative, build landing pages, and design automation workflows that resonate with target audiences.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Provide regular, insightful performance reports to clients, presenting actionable recommendations for improvement and ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, or a related field, with proven expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (experience with HighLevel is a strong advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for direct client interactions.
  • A creative and experimental mindset with a results-driven approach to campaign performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with creative, development, and marketing specialists.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with additional marketing and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Supermetrics).
  • Background in SEO or organic digital strategy.
  • Marketing copywriting
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, creative testing strategies, and emerging tools in digital advertising.
