Description
Are you passionate about driving business growth through strategic planning and data analytics? This role bridges our analytics and strategy teams, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver custom solutions that positively impact client KPIs and media investments. You’ll lead high-impact projects, such as Media Mix Modelling (MMM), while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to shape innovative strategies and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As our Strategy and Analytics Lead, you’ll:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and deliver tailored analytic solutions.
- Develop strategic and analytic recommendations using proprietary tools to address client-specific challenges.
- Apply hands-on experience to build and oversee MMM models.
- Leverage expertise in media planning, buying, and the digital ecosystem.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery in collaboration with client leads.
- Drive new business opportunities and contribute to high-impact presentations.
- Train, mentor, and oversee junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Build respectful and trusting relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners.
- Lead a team of digital media experts across search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Utilize strong insights and storytelling to present actionable findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Align data strategies with broader marketing objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and implement growth opportunities in data and analytics.
- Actively contribute to new business development efforts.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and MMM.
- A proven track record with retail and QSR accounts.
- A curious, entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across communications and deliverables.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Media planning/buying expertise and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience working in the Quebec market and fluency in French/English.
