Responsibilities:
- Engage and convert your leads with a strategic professional approach, backed by our systems, automation, and proven sales processes.
- Drive excellence in the mortgage application processes, ensuring a seamless experience for your clientele with world class customer service.
- Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
- Focus on Business Development
- Mortgage Applications and document collection
- Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation
- Possess the ability to build strong relationships with clients, guiding them towards informed decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up to date with evolving lender and real estate market changes.
- Conduct mortgage pre-approvals, negotiate rates and terms, and provide expert solutions on various mortgage products and features suitable for the clients.
- Anticipate underwriters' needs for mortgage conditions and manage multiple client files, while ensuring timely closure and disbursal.
- Receive, review, analyze and verify mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability and risk to ensure compliance with all aspects of the company’s underwriting policies and procedures.
- Must ensure all lender conditions are met & satisfied and documentation is complete and all deals are closed in a timely manner by achieving broker complete
- Responsible for sending out weekly reports, track & maintain mortgage records and monthly audit
Qualifications:
- This a full time position
- Must be able to make daily, prompt phone calls to respective key individuals in addition to collection calls
- Experience in sales, Real Estate, Investing will be considered an asset
- Competent in simple Arithmetic
- Experience working with Brokerage /Private Lending Company Sectors will be considered an asset
- Mortgage Agent or Broker License will be considered an asset
- Must have completed mortgage agent course and/or an existing licensed mortgage agent
- Must have excellent technology skills and advanced in using all Microsoft Suite Software's including, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.
- Must have excellent auditing, financials, and decision makings skills
- Conducts oneself in a highly professional manner and operates with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
