Description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Rate: 1,000 CAD fixed per month + bonus and commission based on sales success
About the Role:
Djobzy.com is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Vancouver. This role combines sales outreach, business development, and marketing strategy to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to potential business clients to present our company, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses in Vancouver.
- Achieve onboarding targets of at least 20–25 new businesses within the designated timeframe.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials to attract clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide regular reports on business development progress and marketing outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
