Position: Sales Associate
Reports to: Store Manager & Director of Operations, Luigi & Sons

Luigi & Sons is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our outstanding team!

We are currently hiring for Part Time Sales Associates who have the availability to work mid-week. If you are friendly, outgoing, organized we are looking for you! The Sales Associate role is the first point of contact our customers have when they come to Luigi & Sons. We are looking for individuals who have a true passion for hospitality and are looking to make a memorable, positive impact on our customer’s day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(other duties may be assigned as required)

• Actively engage with guests, cultivating relationships and ensure guest satisfaction
• Respond to all incoming enquiries and provide information on our product line to all customers
• Assist customer with their orders, anticipating their needs, offering suggestions and answering questions
• Handling customer transactions
• Keep the cashier area stocked and clean at all times
• Processing orders and pick ups
• Closing down and setting out cash till at the end of the night
• Keep a clean and tidy environment, bus tables, interact with guests in the store
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed by upper management

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail
• Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment
• Excellent communication skills (in English)
• Midweek and flexible availability required (early mornings, weekends, nights and/or holidays)
• Completion of Secondary Education
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
