Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Integrated Go-To-Market Transformation Team at lululemon. The ideal candidate will support the transformation agenda of our Product Organization by leading large-scale initiatives, conducting in-depth analysis, and fostering collaboration across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex, multi-stream programs and initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to enable successful delivery of lululemon’s strategic goals.
- Project manage operational improvement projects related to the Go-To-Market process.
- Conduct root cause analysis to define and prioritize key business problems within the product organization.
- Gather and analyze detailed data to extract insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify key decisions, dependencies, and risks.
- Assist in risk mitigation activities and ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials that tell a compelling story to guide recommendations and decision-making.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships at all levels of the organization to garner buy-in for ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of work experience, including 2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or transformation roles at large organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others; a strong team player.
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus, along with certifications like PMP or MBA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,500 - $107,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
