Responsibilities:

• Assist in the pre-construction phase, reviewing budget, project, drawings, and site plan layout.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule for labor, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage work assigned and site logistics to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with the contracted scope of work
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Maintain daily logs, journals, and compliance reports.
• Maintain constant communication with senior management, consultants, inspectors, and applicable officials.
• Review all project plans, specifications, and report any omissions or discrepancies.
• Ensure all established site processes are being properly maintained.
• Maintain schedule targets on a floor-by-floor basis.
• Review drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Conduct periodic follow-up inspections to verify work alignment with contract documents.
• Maintain the project 'as-built' drawings.
• Ensure the site complies with the project Health & Safety Plan.
• Monitor on-site operations for quality compliance, addressing issues according to established project processes.
• Provide leadership and general direction as required.
• Walk all units on projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years multi-family residential concrete experience in a supervisory capacity
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Effective time and priority management.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of construction workers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and proactively address challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
