The Cannabis Reserve Dispensary is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Assistant to strengthen our brand presence, connect with customers, and support our growing retail operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create engaging social media content across all major platforms

Monitor customer engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online reputation

Support email marketing campaigns to drive promotions, updates, and loyalty programs

Assist with customer retention strategies through targeted communication and personalized outreach

Conduct retail performance and marketing analysis to measure campaign success and identify growth opportunities

Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure compliance with state marketing regulations

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in social media management, marketing, or customer service

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

Basic understanding of data analytics, reporting, and digital marketing metrics

Passion for cannabis culture and professional representation of our brand
