Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist staff in the treatment area as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Proficiency in basic office software and database systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
More Info
- Temporary position with potential to become permanent
- Starting date: August 27
- Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Hours: 11 AM - 7 PM.
- Must be happy to work hands on with cats and dogs
