Pentland’s Prosthetic & Orthotic Services Inc. (DBA “Pentland’s Prosthetics & Orthotics Clinic”) has been serving the Province of British Columbia since 1954, providing clients/patients with timely and efficient prosthetic and orthotic care. Services include clinical assessment of client/patient needs, collaboration with doctors and other paramedical programs, manufacture of prosthetic & orthotic treatments and ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client/patient safety and comfort.

As a Vancouver 2010 Medical Services team member, we are proud to provide prosthetic repair and replacement services to athletes during the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver.

Position Introduction

At Pentland's Prosthetic and Orthotic Services Inc. (DBA "Pentland's Prosthetics and Orthotics Clinic"), we are seeking a dedicated and proficient Vice President (VP) of Marketing to join our dynamic team at our Vancouver Head Office at 1450 Kootenay Street, Vancouver, BC V5K 4R1. This full-time position is 35 hours per week.

As Pentland's embarks on an expansion journey, the Vice President (VP) of Marketing will be instrumental in elevating our brand awareness and fostering community engagement. This visionary role is designed to spearhead our marketing strategies, ensuring our message resonates across digital platforms and within the healthcare community. With a focus on collaboration with health professionals, the VP will lead initiatives to promote our brand and services, tailored to the unique needs of our clinics across four locations. This position demands a strategic thinker adept at resource allocation, ready to navigate the challenges of the digital landscape. The goal is to enhance our presence, connect with our communities more deeply, and support the clinic's mission of providing exceptional prosthetic and orthotic care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Coordination: Lead office administrators who involve marketing, across all clinic locations, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and community outreach programs, ensuring they are consistent with the clinic's vision and values.

2. Financial and Administrative Oversight in Marketing: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of financial resources. Implement administrative controls to monitor the progress of marketing initiatives and evaluate their impact on clinic growth and brand recognition.

3. Policy Development and Execution: Craft clear marketing policies and programs that support the clinic's objectives. Formulate strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient engagement, and community awareness, ensuring they are effectively communicated and executed by the team.

4. Representation and Negotiation: Serve as a key spokesperson for Pentland's Prosthetics & Orthotics Clinic in all marketing matters. Engage in negotiations, partnerships, and collaborative efforts with external organizations, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to promote the clinic's services and mission.

5. Promotional Campaigns: Approve and oversee the implementation of innovative promotional campaigns designed to attract and retain patients.

6. Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as requested by the President, relevant to the role.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5 years or more

Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
