**Overview:**

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Associate!

We're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Associate to be the backbone of our administrative operations. As the glue that holds our team together, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while bringing a spark of joy to our team!

**Responsibilities:**

  • Be the smiling face that greets clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Write and distribute emails, reports, correspondence memos, forms, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures in all Stratis documentation.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Bring your creativity to brainstorming sessions and team-building activities.
  • Provide invaluable support to our agents and executives, making their lives smooth and efficient.

  • A willingess to obtain a B.C. Level 1 Insurance Licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
