Description
Job Deion:
Armani Nail Boutique is an upscale, modern, and elegant establishment opening this year in Downtown Vancouver. Excuding first class luxury services and ambiance we is seek to find 1-2 Front Desk Receptionist for our upcoming boutique opening. This position will be the first impression to our elite clients as such seasoned customer care, demeanor, and mult-tasking will be crucial components to be successful in this role.
Expectations and Deliverables:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, and data entry, updating records, and logging transactions, managing bookings, cash reconciliation, Inventory management
- Tending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints
- Informing technicians about customer appointments and requirements
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, and assist in cleanly protocols through-out the salon
- Ensuring that the reception and waiting areas are kept clean and professional
- Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in administrative computer software
- A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist
- The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
