Vitality Integrative Health is a multidisciplinary clinic offering RMT, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, active rehabilitation, acupuncture, and clinical counselling. We are looking for a part-time receptionist/clinic administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, easy-going, detail oriented, and provides excellent customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in patients as they enter the clinic in a welcoming manner
- Receiving and processing payments
- Submitting direct billing claims
- Handling phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Preparing patient files in advance of appointments
- Responding to general patient questions and concerns and escalate as appropriate to other clinic resources
- Protecting patients’ privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Identifying, documenting and resolving any shortfalls that present themselves to ensure maximal customer satisfaction
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic

The duties of the ideal candidate are not limited to the above, as tasks vary on a day to day basis

The ideal candidate is:
- Easy going, can get along with peoples from all walks of life
- Background and work experience in an administrative role
- Polite and well spoken – Able to speak to different levels of clientele/ billing/insurance companies is imperative
- Someone with a can-do attitude, daily tasks can be difficult and need someone who is up for the challenge
- Must be tech savvy. Can navigate multiple browser windows open, while juggling the phone, while greeting someone at the door.
