Role Deion
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Iridia Medical. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, Cold calling , account management, and sales efforts. The role entails building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years sales experience.
