ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships the Partnership Marketing specialist position is an exciting hybrid role. Working collaboratively with the Marketing team and the Partnership team supporting the retail travel channel. We are looking for a self-motivated and highly detail-oriented partner to take on administrative duties to support daily tasks and strategic projects. This is an excellent chance to help build a new distribution platform from the ground up. The responsibilities included are examples of some of the duties, but the ideal candidate would be flexible and comfortable taking on new tasks and challenges in this developing role.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Ongoing/Daily Sales Support: B2B
- Execute results-driven marketing campaigns and activities in accordance to preferred partners content and deadlines requirement as per annual agreements
- Support Partnership Leader with the creation of trade marketing content: including but not limited to Ad hoc B2BC flyers, trade show content, consumer invites, agency support docs, agency PDF flat sheets
- Champion and adhere to the Fresh Tracks brand guidelines by creating brand content for B2B partners, Logo, images, brand terminology,
- Support B2BC social content
- Communicate campaign details as required to internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful information-sharing and execution.
- Deliver ongoing campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis for every marketing initiative.
- Track budget for planned tactics or campaigns and report on spend and results
- Monitor competitors and other comparable businesses’ marketing activities, tactics and customer experiences to provide insight on competitive risks
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years working with travel consortiums
- Experience working within SaaS based tools such as Salesforce and Marketo (or other crm and email platforms)
- Familiarity and comfort working with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Figma, or others like these
NICE TO HAVES
- Content Marketing, Copywriting and/or editorial writing skills
- Have worked within CMS systems in the past such as Dato, WordPress, etc.
- Passion for data and analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Salesforce reports.
