Receptionist

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Answer and forward phone calls
• Sort, distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Open and/or closing the studios
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Provide orientation to new hires and employees returning to work on-site

Other Duties as required

• Preparation and organization for client visits
• Assist the facilities team on catering, running errands, emptying dishwashers, refilling paper towels and toilet paper dispensers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask is a fast-paced environment
• Competency in Google Docs applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The wage for this role represents a range across all of ICON’s Projects. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills and experience.
