The Recruiter/HR Generalist will primarily focus on talent acquisition, playing a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role will also support various HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience and a passion for connecting with people.

Skills
Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Proven track record of successful hires and a strong professional network.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
-
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
-
Source candidates through various channels, including proactive head hunting, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout.
-
Manage the offer process, including negotiation and preparation of offer letters.
-
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.
HR Generalist:
-
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
-
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
-
Participate in the development and implementation of on-boarding material, HR policies and procedures.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

Help on-board the new hires to orient them to the organization and their role.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Salary - $80 - 90K, commensurate with experience.
