Senior Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist Needed

Description

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage a comprehensive lead generation and outreach campaign. The project involves handling a total volume of approximately 49,741 leads partitioned into three specific segments: 16,925, 16,134, and 16,682 emails respectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Validation & Cleanup: You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of the provided lists. This includes rigorous email validation, removing duplicates, and filtering out spam traps or dead addresses to ensure a high sender reputation.

• Campaign Development: Design and develop high-converting, mobile-responsive HTML email templates. You must ensure all "other staff" assets (tracking links, images, and headers) are optimized for deliverability.

• Server Management: Proactively manage and maintain Email Server Warming protocols to prevent blacklisting and ensure high inbox placement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Execution & Optimization: Trigger the campaigns across all segments and perform a thorough post-campaign cleanup, including managing unsubscribes and bounce analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with high-volume SMTP servers and email automation tools.

• Expertise in HTML for email and bypass techniques for spam filters.

• Strong analytical skills for post-campaign reporting.
