Full Time Treatment Coordinator/Senior Receptionist

We are looking for a treatment coordinator/senior receptionist at our Vancouver office who shares the passion, vision and values of our dental practice. Someone who is positive, high energy, detail oriented, communicates well and wants to work in a child-friendly team environment. Your Role:

• Coordinate treatment plans with dentists
• Review findings and radiographs and explain rationale for treatment
• Explain different treatment options and steps with patients
• Obtain all consent forms and documents prior to treatment
• Schedule treatment to maximize efficiency
• Other front reception duties such as phone calls, answering questions, booking appointments
• Track and improve treatment acceptance rate
• Working hours: 8-4pm, 5 days a week. One Saturday a month. No Evenings.

Winning Profile:

• Previous experience as a treatment coordinator is an asset
• Loves working with children
• Dependable, hard-working, and organized.
• Ability to communicate and deal with others effectively
• Computer literate including excel
• Proactively seeks opportunities to create positive experience for our patients.
• Professionally and quickly handles any problems or issues.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
