Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist with 10+ years of experience in sales, specializing in B2B recruitment for large corporations and global enterprises. This role focuses on expanding Djobzy’s reach by building strong relationships with businesses worldwide, with a key focus on the US and Canadian markets. If you have a proven track record in corporate sales, B2B recruitment, and business development, we’d love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with large corporations and global businesses that can benefit from Djobzy
- Present and explain Djobzy’s recruitment solutions, highlighting how we simplify hiring for enterprises
- Manage follow-ups with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networking
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to corporate recruitment needs
- Lead social media marketing and promotional campaigns to attract enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach, sales processes, and client engagement
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment for large firms and corporations
- Proven success in securing high-value clients and corporate partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with confidence in dealing with enterprise clients
- Ability to clearly explain recruitment services and business solutions
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus
