Description
We are Djobzy, and you haven't heard about us because we wanted to keep our project a good secret before our Global Launch.
Djobzy is a Canadian GiG Economy / Social Media that is the first. We are on a mission to dramatically grow our business, and as a result, we are seeking talented Customer Service experts to take a lot of load off our shoulders and give us excellent ideas along the way.
Your responsibilities are: (but not limited to)
- Flexible working hours (Weekends required)
- Super great command of English
- Being creative and passionate about the project and the problems we are trying to solve
- Hardworking
- You should be available at least 40 hours a week
Competencies:
- Engaging content curation to relate to different types of audiences.
- Communicate with clientele for ad hoc needs and troubleshooting.
- Consult social media marketing strategy and coordinate logistics.
- Coordinate media production and plan logistics based on brand messaging.
- Analyzing and improving social media strategy on an ongoing basis
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends to incorporate creative and innovative ideas to drive higher engagement on social media.
- Ensure content meets standards and the voice of brands being managed.
- Run tailored campaigns and manage digital advertising by catering to audience niche interests.
- Influencer network management and coordination of campaigns.
- Coordinate production team to meet obligations and client needs.
- Provide studies and analytics on campaign performance and make improvements based on findings.
