Description
Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for 300+ wholesale vendors across Canada, the chosen applicant will excel in professionalism, accuracy, and thoroughness. The role involves key duties such as data entry, cataloging new orders, managing accounts receivable, coordinating shipping and receiving, engraving, and offering phone and email support to vendors and retail clients. Since the products focus on pet keepsakes, a love for animals is appreciated, and empathy is essential when assisting clients, as purchases often occur during times of loss. Due to the time and resources dedicated to training, a minimum two-year commitment is required.
