Description
Location: Remote (Part-Time to Start)
Salary: $8–$20 USD/hour (Based on experience)
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing who can lead our overall marketing efforts, create innovative campaigns, and bring more users and businesses to Djobzy.
Your Responsibilities

Create and execute full-scale marketing plans and strategies for Djobzy

Lead both B2B (employer acquisition) and B2C (user growth) marketing campaigns
-
Supervise all digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, website content, and social media
-
Build and manage a results-driven marketing funnel

Set up and track performance using tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards
-
Create compelling, consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels

Keep Djobzy’s marketing aligned with the latest tech, AI tools, SEO updates, and automation trends

Collaborate with leadership to identify new growth opportunities and directions
What We’re Looking For

A creative and strategic thinker with strong campaign and storytelling skills

Minimum 5 years of extensive marketing experience, ideally in a reputable international tech or online platform

Proven track record in lead generation, brand positioning, and funnel creation
-
Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Deep understanding of analytics, automation tools, digital platforms, SEO, and content strategy

Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, marketing algorithms, and growth tools
