Description
VineHR is supporting an established Vancouver based organization with the recruitment for a Receptionist to join their friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite at their office in Vancouver (close to transit).
If you love being the go-to person for a team, and looking for a mix of front of office tasks such as greeting guests and visitors, while also handling administrative and some light bookkeeping duties, we’d love to hear from you!
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role if you are looking to join a close-knit team that values quality and loyalty. Our client is a stable and established organization with a seasoned leadership team in place.
Candidate profile
· We believe this role is well-suited for someone with at least 5 years of varied experience in customer service, reception and administration.
· Post-secondary education would be a preference but not a requirement as well as working knowledge of MS Office and other software.
· Demonstrated ability to work with multiple priorities, ability to make decisions independently and truly love a varied role.
· A desire to learn new tasks as required!
Location: This is an in-office position based in central Vancouver (transit friendly)
Compensation: Comprehensive compensation package offered with a base salary in the range of $50,000-65,000 per year depending on experience.
