Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer support.

Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
