Are you a people person with at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing? We’re looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team at Djobzy. In this role, you won’t just answer questions , you’ll actively drive conversions, generate qualified leads, and help grow our user base. From cold calls to follow-ups, and from user support to lead nurturing, you’ll play a key role in both sales and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Make cold calls to potential users and businesses with the goal of converting interest into signups while introducing and promoting Djobzy’s services- sign up

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone to provide assistance and build relationships

• Identify, research, and generate new leads to support ongoing sales efforts

• Follow up consistently with leads and work to convert interest into signups

• Assist in email marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users

• Handle admin tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and act as a brand ambassador for Djobzy

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with strong lead generation skills

• Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects

• Familiar with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, or other sales platforms (preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• Excellent writing skills for professional customer communications
