Virtual Reality Customer Service Representative
Do you love introducing others to different video games? Are you the go-to person for teaching your friends new board games? Do you often find yourself as the dungeon master in your D&D group?
If so, we have the perfect job for you!
Evolve Virtual Reality is looking to add a new member to our close-knit team. We pride ourselves in providing first-class customer service in a timely, efficient manner, while creating a cool and welcoming environment for our guests.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for friendly customer interactions, setting up, cleaning and administering the equipment, and operating the cash register to process customer purchases.
As Customer Service Representative you will…
- Engage with customers, helping them explore, learn and enjoy a wide variety of VR games and escape rooms.
- Foster a welcoming, cool and friendly atmosphere within our store.
- Be responsible for the processing of all customer purchases.
- Manage all inbound calls; answering questions, providing information, confirming reservations.
- Assist customers that come into the store throughout their entire experience.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary environment.
- Help resolve in-bound customer problems and issues, escalating to management as necessary.
We hope you are passionate about…
- Gaming (preferably PC gaming, but console and mobile gamers are welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with Windows, Steam, and Discord is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Ability to work primarily on weekends with opportunities for additional shifts.
- Having fun while being the best – we work hard but play harder.
The experience we need…
- Customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Team player.
- Basic tech knowledge is preferred but not necessary.

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
